Mr Deb Barua

Senior Board Advisor

Deb Barua is a senior advisor to the board at Linceus Consulting, drawing on his vast experience at the highest levels of enterprise.

Mr Barua is well positioned to offer guidance to the board in their handling of large-scale engagements across a broad range of sectors. Familiar with both the corporate world and working with Governments, Deb’s experience in Africa is especially of value.

As a UK qualified Chartered Accountant, Deb has held Board Room appointments in Multinational Companies in India, UK and USA which operated throughout the world. Spanning over 40 years, his career has covered senior positions in Corporates in FMCG, Household Appliances, Information Technology, Health Care, Hospitality, Insurance, Logistics, Education and Finance Companies.

In his spare time he has also owned a Shrimp Farm and gave his time to Charity. Mr Barua lives in Surrey, England.

Daniel Dos Santos (B.S.C)

Senior Board Advisor

Daniel is by qualification and practice a lawyer with an exceptional track record of leading infrastructure projects on the African Continent. His background in law, finance and infrastructure provides him with unique perspective to guide the board in their market interactions and adds significant value by association to the current and future Linceus clients and partners.

Daniel has worked at the highest levels in the private sector and has great experience working in private and public partnerships across the continent. He is proficient in English, French, Italian and Spanish with his native tongue being Portuguese.
